We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help with hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable items: sale items, underwear, jewelry, gift cards and personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: please contact us via the dedicated form or email us directly at contact@saisonchic.com providing your order number.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the original packing slip or order confirmation in your return package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Use the prepaid return label provided to return your package.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate this on the return form or by email.
  • Exchanges are processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact form or by email.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
